Snapper, where and when

(1/3) > >>

Mickfgraham:
Gday,
I have just moved to Tas and finally go a week off work so I am planning on hooking up the boat and going fishing for the week. I only have a small boat (4.1m runabout) but keen to get onto some snapper and some kingys Any suggestions?

Carl:
Hi mate and welcome to Fishtas. Water temps still have a way to go, but in the North you could try Spring Bay in the Tamar as a nice red was taken there last week.As for Kingies, Farewell Beacon in the Tamar is good as is Waterhouse but water temps still have a way to go.Bit of action last week at Goats Bluff in the south for Kingfish but it's still a bit of hit or miss.
Regards
TB
